Shoes on shoes on shoes

Seeing as Summer is (sort of) rapidly approaching, I think it's about time to invest in some new sandals... and a pair of trainers; so this is my wishlist for new shoes this summer.

Top left: Black Geisha Platform Shoes from Next, £32
When I first saw these shoes I didn't really think anything of them but, after seeing somebody my age wearing them, I realised that they are actually a lot nicer than on first glance. Plus, the platform and chunky heel will make them easier to walk in. I think they'd look great paired with a maxi skirt/dress on a sunny day.

Top right: Juju Jelly Sandals from Topshop, £20
I'm ecstatic that jellies have come back in to fashion - I loved them when I was six years old and I love them just as much now, ten years later. You can buy Juju Jellies all over the place and there's a huge selection of colours for around £20 each. I chose these ones because the bright pink will make any outfit pop so in one pair of shoes you can tick off two of this year's hottest trends: 90s and fluro!

Right: 2-part Flatforms from Topshop, £45
Topshop carry these sandals in a few variations but I love these ones the most as the harsh, thick black straps contrast with the more delicate espadrille platform. They also have great versatility as you could wear them with almost any outfit, day or night.

Bottom: Square Toe Geisha Wedges from Next, £28
A cheaper version of the Topshop flatforms, these shoes have equal versatility and the square toe keeps them edgy-looking.

Left: Classic Nylon Slim Trainers from Reebok, £50
For a while I've been on the hunt for a pair of trainers which I like that aren't Nike Air Max's (because just about everyone has a pair of those) and these ones fit the bill. I know that Reebok is a stereotypically 'chavvy' brand but I will make it my personal mission to change people's opinions, and they're about half the price of Air Max's!

Feel free to comment on what you think or what your shoe wishlist is, I'm always interested your opinions :-)
